UNICEF Florence invites a Country Programme Planning (CPP) Process Review and Lessons Learned Consultant to review the 2026 CPP processes, aligned with UNICEF Strategic Plan 2026–2029. The assignment spans 2 months and 23 days and is conducted remotely.

The consultant will develop an analytical framework, review a sample of CPP processes from 2026, analyze the strategic quality and coherence of the CPP process, and synthesize findings with practical recommendations for future CPP cohorts.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in development or related field.
• Specialization in results-based management or policy analysis is an asset.
• Experience with country programme planning and strategic analysis.
