UNICEF - United Nations Children’s Fund is seeking a Country Programme Planning (CPP) Process Review and Lessons Learned Consultant to evaluate the 2026 CPP processes aligned with the UNICEF Strategic Plan 2026–2029. This remote consultancy spans 2 months and 23 days, with duty station in Florence and flexible engagement across international contexts.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in International Development, Development Studies, Public Policy, Public Administration, Economics or related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in results-based management, public policy analysis, or development planning.
• Strong analytical skills to review complex planning documents and develop actionable recommendations.
• Ability to synthesize evidence across country contexts and translate findings into practical guidance.
