Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of proven, directly relevant professional experience in adult learning, capacity development, instructional design, curriculum development, and the design/revision of professional learning programmes.
• Experience with UNICEF or UN country‑programme development and learning‑programme revision is required.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging training and to develop multi‑module learning programmes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a comprehensive revision of UNICEF’s Rights & Results Programming (RRP) learning programme, aligning with the UNICEF Strategic Plan 2026–2029 and CPP Guidance.
• Update content, references, examples, exercises and facilitation materials to reflect current strategy and operations.
• Collaborate with OSE to review, validate and finalize the learning package for delivery.
• Design structured, multi‑module learning journeys with objectives, curricula, facilitator guides and assessment tools for online and in‑person delivery.
