Eaton Corporation is seeking a Regional Senior Key Account Manager for Data Center OEMs in the EMEA region. The role concentrates on expanding a high‑value OEM portfolio in data center cooling and infrastructure, driving design‑in of PMCC products, and building executive relationships across multiple countries.

The position is remote across the European Union with a focus on the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Germany, France, Czechia, and Hungary.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to prospect, generate opportunities, secure design‑ins, and build measurable pipeline.
• Experience managing complex OEM/global key accounts across multiple geographies.
• Proven track record of translating technical and commercial discussions into scalable opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for global OEM customers in data center sectors.
• Drive demand generation and identify opportunities from early design stages to wins.
• Engage customers at C‑level, mapping priorities and securing sponsorship.
• Collaborate across sales, engineering, product management, marketing, finance, and operations across countries.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales processes including forecasting, quotes, and next‑step actions.
