Job summary

Eaton Electrical Ltd is seeking a Modular Data Center Customer Opportunity Manager to drive visibility, consistency and execution across the opportunity funnel from intake to tendering. The role is fully remote and open to candidates across Europe, coordinating with Sales, Tendering, Design & Engineering, and external partners.

You will maintain pipeline transparency, qualify opportunities, and ensure clear next steps and follow-up, using Salesforce and other Eaton tools in a hands-on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, sales operations, or related field.
• Proven experience coordinating complex multi-stakeholder opportunities or projects.
• Technical plus commercial background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate modular data center opportunities with Sales, Tendering, Engineering and partners.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce and other tools.
• Prepare pipeline reports, dashboards, and status updates.
• Facilitate tender activities and align cross-functional teams.
• Drive timely follow-up and issue resolution across opportunities.
• Improve opportunity-management processes and reporting.
