Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Modular Data Center Customer Opportunity Manager to serve as the central coordination point for the modular data center opportunity pipeline across Europe. This hands-on role drives visibility, consistency and execution from early customer engagement through tendering, in collaboration with Sales, Tendering, Design & Engineering and external partners.

You will maintain pipeline transparency in Salesforce, qualify opportunities, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure clear next

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sales Operations or a related field.
• Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities or projects.
• Combination of technical and commercial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opportunities across Sales, Tendering, Design & Engineering and partners.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipeline in Salesforce and other tools.
• Prepare pipeline reports, dashboards and status updates.
• Facilitate tender activities and align with stakeholders.
• Drive timely follow-up and issue resolution.
