Responsibilities

• Support and manage employee relations cases across the Europe region, including disciplinaries, grievances, dismissals, performance matters, reorganisations, and investigations.
• Partner with managers to provide guidance on ER matters and ensure compliant, fair outcomes.
• Conduct or support investigations with note-taking, documentation, and case records in HR systems.
• Develop ER programmes, policies, and procedures considering regional employment law and local practices.
• Deliver ER training and capability-building for managers and People teams.
• Collaborate with People Operations to stay updated on employment law developments and ER best practices.
• Maintain ER documentation, templates, and agreements.
