Bolton Group in Nova Milanese is seeking a Production Development Specialist to join the Engineering team within the Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty Business Unit. The role focuses on managing capital investments to guarantee plant assets meet business needs and will oversee on-field engineering projects for new infrastructures or upgrades, ensuring safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical/Materials/Industrial Engineering or similar.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management or production development in FMCG/manufacturing.
• Project & stakeholder management experience.
• Basic understanding of plant utilities, automation, and machinery mechanics.
• Business English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Manage new investment projects from concept to startup, coordinating suppliers and budget.
• Lead process development activities to improve efficiency and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Nova Production, Maintenance and Procurement to ensure project execution and compliance.
• Work within multi-site engineering team reporting to HC engineering mgr.
