Bolton is seeking a Project Development Specialist to join the Mass Market Project Development Team for Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty, based in Nova Milanese, near Milan, Italy. You will manage a broad portfolio of innovation and renovation projects, guiding them from concept to market launch with close collaboration across R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years in related roles, plus strong project management and stakeholder

Competenze

• 1–3 years in project management, product development, purchasing or industrialization roles within Home / Personal / Beauty Care Markets.
• Master’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or similar.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholders management abilities.

Mansioni

• Manage a wide portfolio of innovation and renovation projects across brands and categories, from concept to market launch.
• Lead product development activities, including feasibility analysis, cost estimation, and project planning, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Act as the main interface between Business and Supply Chain, aligning priorities and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams with R&D, Marketing, F&A, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Plant to guarantee success.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and production sites to ensure feasibility, efficiency and compliance with Company standards.
• Identify risks and opportunities, enabling timely problem-solving and continuous optimization of project performance.
