Lever, Inc. is seeking an Automation QA Lead in Italy to own QA strategy across the SDLC, shaping an AI-first, quality-driven engineering environment in sports betting tech.

You will lead automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and quality metrics while partnering with development, product, DevOps, and operations. You will mentor QA professionals, promote shift-left testing, and drive continuous improvement across projects, ensuring scalable testing practices and reliable releases in a

Competenze

• Proven experience leading QA in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Strong test automation focus with CI/CD integration.
• Expertise in building scalable automation frameworks using modern tools.
• Hands-on with Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with containerization and cloud testing environments.

• Establish and improve QA standards, processes, and best practices.
• Define automated testing strategies across functional, integration and performance levels.
