Objectway in Milan is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer who defines test strategies, automates across squads, and elevates quality as a shared responsibility. You will guide acceptance criteria, automate gates in CI/CD, and support both web and mobile product teams delivering fintech software.

You’ll lead quality alignment, mentor developers and QA staff, and ensure robust regression coverage across upgrade cycles in a hybrid Milan-based role.

Competenze

• 5+ years in software quality engineering with senior/lead experience.
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
• Hands-on native mobile testing (iOS/Android) and web/API testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and integrating quality in the delivery cycle.
• Strong frontend automation experience (Angular/TypeScript).
• Proven test management tooling usage; English fluency; fintech background a plus.

Mansioni

• Define and own the overall test strategy across squads with DoD.
• Facilitate Three Amigos sessions before each sprint; ensure criteria are testable.
• Build upgrade and release checklists; prevent regressions eroding confidence.
• Define and evolve end-to-end test automation and CI/CD quality gates.
• Own testing strategy for native iOS and Android apps; ensure coverage.
• Lead quality alignment meetings; coach developers and QA engineers.
• Improve development and testing workflows; participate in release validation.
