Smartness is seeking an Entrepreneur In Residence with a founder’s DNA to ideate, validate, and drive new hospitality tech products—like running your own startup, but backed by a fast-growing growth engine. You will spot opportunities, run lean MVPs with no-code tools, and lead cross-functional squads (Product, Tech, Marketing, Sales) from positioning to initial deals and traction.

Requirements include 3+ years in startups or scale-ups with GTM emphasis, fluency in English and professional

Qualifications

• 3+ years in startups or scale-ups with GTM focus.
• Proven success taking products from 0 to 1.
• HubSpot or Salesforce proficiency; growth mindset.
• Fluent English and professional Italian.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, validate, and drive new products to success.
• Run lean MVPs with no-code tools.
• Lead cross-functional squads (Product, Tech, Marketing, Sales).
• Own go-to-market and early adoption from positioning to first deals.
