Herzum, now part of catworkx, seeks a Privacy and Responsible AI Manager to guide global privacy and Responsible AI initiatives. You will embed privacy by design across business functions, collaborate with security teams, and support data processing initiatives worldwide.

Remote role with a focus on regulatory compliance, privacy impact assessments, and AI risk management. Experience with OneTrust and strong knowledge of GDPR and EU AI Act are essential.

Competenze

• Experience in privacy, ideally in telecom or related business area.
• In-depth knowledge of GDPR, ePrivacy Directive and related jurisprudence.
• Working knowledge of EU AI Act and data regulations.
• Strong understanding of global privacy landscape for products, services and processes.
• Familiarity with compliance management standards, tools, methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple requests and stakeholders.
• Previous experience with OneTrust for privacy demand management and assessments.

Mansioni

• Act as a primary global advisor to internal functions, influencing strategy to embed privacy, Responsible AI and data regulations into decisions.
• Support Privacy by Design and Assurance activities across global data processing initiatives.
• Manage privacy impact assessments and privacy demand management through OneTrust.
• Lead the implementation of privacy and Responsible AI principles across global data processing activities.
• Own and manage PIAs, AI risk assessments and demand management to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with local market teams to align with global privacy and AI risk requirements across regions.
• Collaborate with Group Cyber Security to integrate privacy and Responsible AI into global risk assessments from the outset.
• Provide advice across areas such as marketing, adtech, cookie management, HR and finance processes.
• Support investigation and management of personal data breaches and incidents with documentation and remediation.
