Herzum is seeking a Responsible AI Lead, Technology – Digital Engineering, to embed Responsible AI by design across AI-enabled SDLC processes, platforms and workflows. The role collaborates with engineering, platform, product, privacy, data governance and security teams to provide advisory and compliance support on AI governance and risk management.

The candidate will lead model evaluations, fairness testing and governance workflows, and assess third-party tools for alignment with Responsible AI

Competenze

At least 2 years of experience in AI governance or related field.
Strong understanding of Responsible AI and ethics.
Good working knowledge of GDPR.
Understanding of the EU AI Act and updates.
Academic background in CS/AI/Law/Ethics/Social science.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work in a matrix organisation and cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

Create and maintain AI governance processes, procedures, guidelines and policies for AI systems and products.
Support Responsible AI reviews and assessments to identify concerns.
Embed transparency, explainability, robustness and accountability into AI-enabled SDLC pipelines.
Lead and perform model evaluations, including fairness testing and documentation.
Facilitate governance workflows across engineering, product, data governance, privacy and security teams.
Assess third-party AI tools and external models for Responsible AI alignment.
Advise senior stakeholders on ethical, safe and compliant AI development with focus on platform-level risks.
