Herzum is seeking a Responsible AI Lead, Technology – Digital Engineering. The role focuses on embedding Responsible AI by design into AI SDLC processes, working with cross-functional teams to ensure governance and risk management across platforms and workflows.

The candidate will provide advisory support on AI governance, assessments, model evaluations and regulatory alignment, with a strong emphasis on ethics, transparency and accountability.

Competenze

• Experience in AI governance, ethics or related field.
• Knowledge of GDPR and AI regulatory landscape.
• Ability to work across engineering, product and governance teams.

Mansioni

• Creating and maintaining AI governance processes, procedures, guidelines and policies for the development and use of AI systems and products.
• Leading Responsible AI reviews and assessments to identify and address potential concerns.
• Embedding transparency, explainability, robustness and accountability into AI-enabled SDLC pipelines.
• Performing model evaluations, including fairness testing and documentation.
• Advising senior stakeholders on ethical, safe and compliant AI development.
