MSC Cruises is seeking an AI & Privacy Governance Manager to lead the implementation of the AI Compliance Framework and embed privacy and AI governance across the Cruise Division. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, ensuring privacy-by-design across digital initiatives and technology solutions.

Requirements include 5+ years in privacy/compliance or AI governance, a law or IT degree (master preferred), and GDPR expertise.

Competenze

• Deep knowledge of GDPR and global privacy frameworks.
• Strong understanding of EU AI Act requirements and governance.
• Experience with AI risk classification and compliance documentation.
• Professional certifications in privacy (CIPP/E/CIPM/CIPT) preferred.

• Lead the AI Compliance Framework implementation and ongoing enhancement.
• Support DPO in defining AI governance structures and oversight.
• Maintain AI inventory and coordinate risk classification.
