My Secure Advantage is hiring a Part-Time Financial Coach (Contractor) based in Italy to deliver 30-minute virtual coaching sessions for employees across major companies. The role is fully remote, with sessions paid in USD and no sales pressure.

You choose your strongest topics and set your own hours, contributing to the member’s financial wellbeing. Required are 5+ years in financial coaching or related fields, fluency in English and Italian, and comfort using a CRM to document sessions.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial coaching or personal finance education.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Ability to explain financial concepts in plain language.

Mansioni

• Provide 30-minute virtual coaching sessions to employees.
• Cover budgeting, debt reduction, retirement, investing, insurance, and home buying topics.
• Avoid selling financial products; deliver unbiased education.
