My Secure Advantage, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Financial Coach to deliver 30-minute virtual coaching sessions to employees at major global companies. This fully remote role based in Italy offers flexible hours and USD pay per session.

Coaches choose topics they excel in and set their schedule, with no sales involved and strict confidentiality. You will document session topics, support budgeting and retirement planning, and empower members to improve credit and savings.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in financial coaching, financial planning, or personal finance education.
• Familiarity with financial systems in Italy.
• Proficiency across budgeting, debt management, credit, retirement, investing, insurance, and home buying.

Mansioni

• Conduct 30-minute one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with members.
• Cover topics including budgeting, debt reduction, credit management, retirement planning, investing, insurance, and home buying.
• Provide unbiased education (MSA sells no financial products).
• Tailor each session to the member's goals and starting point.
• Briefly document topics covered after each session.
• Maintain member confidentiality at all times.
