Jobgether is seeking an Operations Supervisor based in Italy for a remote leadership role focused on scaling and maintaining a high-performing distributed workforce. You will work with the Operations Manager to translate objectives into daily execution, covering workforce planning, attendance, quality assurance, coaching, onboarding, and administration.

You will help grow the operation toward a target of 100 active agents while maintaining performance and reliability, managing people, monitoring

Competenze

• Experience in operations, workforce management, or related operational environment.
• Ability to manage distributed remote teams while ensuring attendance, productivity, and quality.
• Experience monitoring performance against defined standards and coaching when issues arise.
• Strong organizational skills for rosters, schedules, documentation, and records.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, operational tracking systems, and invoicing data.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain records.
• Effective written and verbal communication with agents, managers, and clients.
• Proactive, hands-on problem-solving and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Execute daily operational priorities with the Operations Manager.
• Maintain an accurate roster and coordinate replacements for inactive agents.
• Monitor attendance and 8-hour shift compliance.
• Conduct daily test calls and quality checks to ensure standards.
• Provide coaching and follow-up on quality or performance issues.
• Support workforce growth toward 100 active agents.
• Oversee onboarding and compliance documentation.
• Prepare and submit the monthly minutes-based invoice accurately.
• Track performance, identify gaps, and take corrective action to maintain productivity.
