Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Head of Agent Architecture based in Italy. This senior leadership role shapes the technical vision for AI agent architecture, multi-agent workflows, state management, tool use, and evaluation while remaining hands-on with the toughest architectural problems.

You will build and lead a small team, work with clients, and collaborate with AI Engineering, Product and Sales to balance quality, reliability, cost, latency and scalability as the platform scales.

Competenze

• 8+ years in Generative AI with large language models and multimodal AI.
• 2+ years leading a technical function or people.
• Strong systems-thinking around context windows and agent interactions.
• Proficient with Python, JSON structures, APIs; orchestration patterns experience.
• Experience with evaluation frameworks and A/B testing for AI systems.
• Able to translate business needs into scalable agent architectures.
• Excellent communication with non-technical senior stakeholders.
• Bridges technical and creative disciplines.

• Define the technical vision and roadmap for agent architecture.
• Lead reusable agents, prompt libraries, and orchestration patterns.
• Evaluate agent performance via benchmarking and experiments.
• Hire and mentor a team of Agent Architects.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering, Product, Sales and clients on approach decisions.
• Translate client briefs into scoped agent workflows.
• Represent technology to senior client and agency stakeholders.
