Cross Border Talents is seeking a Remote Customer Support specialist fluent in French, Italian, or Spanish with relocation to Greece. You will deliver empathetic user support for a global online community, applying community standards and leveraging data to improve workflows.

Competenze

• C1-C2 level in French OR Spanish OR Italian (native or near-native).
• English: B2 level or higher.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with empathy.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and apply community standards consistently.
• Familiarity with online communities or social platforms (training provided).
