Job summary

Digital Virgo in Florence is seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our BA team. You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance and support operational teams and project roll-out.

This cross-functional role engages Operations, Acquisitions, Product, Commercial and Finance, with leadership expectations and a proactive mindset. Reporting to the Head of MENAT, you will track KPIs, monitor turnover trends, validate Gross Margin with Finance and the global data team, and

Qualifications

Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, statistics or similar.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical skills and an evidence-based approach.
Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau).
Strong motivation, flexibility and creativity.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in a similar role or digital market sector.
Fluency in English.
Preferably belonging to protected categories under Italian Law 68/1999.

Responsibilities

Track, analyze, and alert teams on KPIs and provide qualitative feedback for decision making.
Lead turnover monitoring from a global perspective and share insights.
Collaborate with local analysts and validate Gross Margin with Finance and data teams.
Own forecast and budget processes, including consolidation and variance analysis.
Ad hoc analysis and AI project involvement.
