WPP Media in Italy is seeking a Marketing Manager to shape and execute the Italian market’s marketing activities. You will manage CRM campaigns, contributor to data-driven decisions, and support events and stakeholder communications across teams.

The role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on execution, and collaboration with international partners. A hybrid work model is offered, with opportunities to impact high-profile campaigns and client relationships.

Competenze

• Experience in managing CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Dynamics).
• Ability to plan and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to report insights to management.
• Knowledge of GDPR compliance and data privacy requirements.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and analyses.
• Experience coordinating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Italian and good command of English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Own CRM and marketing automation activities, configuring platforms, workflows, templates and personalization logic.
• Lead end-to-end newsletter creation and distribution, including editorial calendar management.
• Maintain and segment client databases in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor email campaigns, generate reports, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Analyze market benchmarks and translate findings into management-ready summaries.
• Support events and deliver key marketing projects with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with local and international partners and manage project operations.
