Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Marketing Director, PR & Events to shape the external voice of a fast-growing global travel technology business in Italy. You will lead brand strategy, PR, communications, events, and digital storytelling to accelerate commercial growth.

Collaborating with Sales, Product, Growth, and executives, you will own campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring measurable impact across travel, fintech, hospitality, and AI.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, public relations, communications, or events.
• Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen market positioning and growth.
• Strong storytelling skills translating complex tech products, APIs, infrastructure, and AI into clear narratives.
• Experience leading PR strategies and media relations with high‑impact partnerships.
• Confidence representing an organization externally with senior executives.
• Experience planning industry events, product launches, sponsorships, and brand activations with measurable outcomes.
• Design‑m sensibility to direct creative work while producing high‑quality marketing assets.

Responsibilities

• Own brand positioning, messaging, narrative, and visual identity across channels.
• Develop messaging for travel platforms, fintech, hospitality, and hotel distribution partners.
• Lead product launches, campaigns, events, and brand activations; contribute to design and content.
• Drive PR strategy, press releases, executive messaging, media relations, and thought leadership.
• Build relationships with travel, technology, and business media; plan communications around priorities.
• Increase executive visibility through interviews, speaking engagements, and industry commentary.
• Develop and manage events strategy; identify relevant conferences and industry gatherings.
• Plan, sponsor, and execute events with measurable impact on pipeline and growth.
• Define editorial strategy across LinkedIn, website, and other channels; translate tech milestones into stories.
• Support executives and teams with consistent, compelling content to amplify brand voice.
• Manage digital brand experience across website and key touchpoints; collaborate with Product/Growth.
• Create and optimize landing pages and marketing assets; leverage AI to accelerate production.
