Easypeasy is a pioneer in the e-learning sector seeking a Language Learning Advisor to guide our future students in a fast-paced international environment. The role focuses on discovery calls, onboarding, and driving enrollment growth, with strong emphasis on communication and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

The position offers direct collaboration with the founding team, ongoing training, and a full-time CET schedule (Mon-Fri).

Qualifications

• Excellent English (C1) and fluent Italian (C2) required.
• Ability to conduct discovery calls and consultative conversations with prospects.

• Conduct discovery calls and consultative conversations with prospects to assess English level and needs.
• Guide potential students through onboarding to ensure a positive experience.
• Meet enrollment targets and contribute to growth.
• Create detailed reports with insights for system improvement.
