EF Education First Ltd. is seeking a high-energy sales-focused on-site role in Rome to turn student dreams into decisions.

You will work from our central office turning inquiries into enrollments, driving a high-volume mix of inbound and outbound calls while representing EF at fairs and universities. The role offers a clear path to leadership within 1–3 years, with a base salary of €26,000–€32,000 gross per year, commensurate with experience and CCNL Commercio.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for students dreaming of studying abroad. Your job is to turn that dream into a decision — and you'll do it through sharp sales instincts, genuine relationship-building, and relentless follow-through.

This is a high-performance role with a clear path to leadership within 1–3 years, for those who earn it.

What You'll Do

• Promote our programs: Work our internal database to build and sustain a high-converting, long-term students pipeline
• Excellent Communication: Drive a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls daily to potential students — you're comfortable being direct and persuasive
• Team Spirit: Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team sales goals with a positive, competitive attitude
• Relationship building: Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students throughout the year
• Collaborate globally: Work closely with our international sales and campus teams to deliver the best student experience

Who You Are

• You're a natural closer — you know how to read people and move conversations forward
• Fluent in Italian and working fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Full working rights in Europe — no sponsorship required
• Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude — you figure things out, you don't wait for someone to hand you answers
• You've lived, studied, or worked abroad — you get what we promote because you've lived it (a plus!)
