Easypeasy is a pioneer in the e-learning sector seeking a Language Learning Advisor to guide our future students in a fast-paced international environment. The role focuses on discovery calls, onboarding, and driving enrollment growth, with strong emphasis on communication and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

The position offers direct collaboration with the founding team, ongoing training, and a full-time CET schedule (Mon-Fri).

Qualifications

• Excellent English (C1) and fluent Italian (C2) required.
• Ability to conduct discovery calls and consultative conversations with prospects.

We're seeking a dynamic and proactive Language Learning Advisor to guide our future students. This unique collaboration offers direct impact on our users and growth in a fast-paced, international environment.

REQUIRED: Excellent English (C1) and fluent Italian (C2). Other languages are a plus.

• Conduct discovery calls and consultative conversations with prospects throughout the working schedule, understanding their needs and assessing their English level
• Guide potential students through the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience
• Achieve assigned targets, directly contributing to enrollment growth
• Create detailed reports, providing insights for continuous system improvement
• Extremely motivated, proactive, results-oriented, with a hunger for growth
• Excellent communication skills, an empathetic approach, and a positive mindset
• Fluent in English (C1) and fluent in Italian (C2)
• Able to work autonomously, organized, and comfortable in a remote setup
