EF Education First in Rome is seeking a driven sales-focused professional to convert aspiring students into enrolled participants for language-abroad programs. You will manage a high-volume pipeline, engage with prospective students via calls, and build strong relationships in a fast-paced, international setting.

You should be fluent in Italian with working English, be a self-starter, and thrive in a competitive environment. The role is on-site with clear leadership progression within 1–3 years.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and working fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Full working rights in Europe - no sponsorship required.
• Early in your career or pivoting into sales with growth potential.

Responsabilités

• Promote our programs and build a high-converting students pipeline.
• Drive a high-volume inbound and outbound call flow to prospective students; be persuasive.
• Motivate yourself and the team to reach sales goals with a positive attitude.
• Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students throughout the year.
• Collaborate with international sales and campus teams to deliver the best student experience.
