Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is hiring a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to implement, configure, and optimize laboratory automation and IT solutions at customer sites across Europe. You will work closely with lab staff, customers, and cross-functional teams to deploy configurations and ensure successful adoption of automation systems.

The role reports to the Workflow & IT Manager within the Customer Service EMEA team, with travel of approximately 50–70% across Italy and Europe.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and lab workflows.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for system reliability and performance.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers to ensure effective adoption.
