Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to implement and optimize laboratory automation and IT solutions in customer environments. The role partners across Sales, PMO, Service and R&D to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

You will support system installation, training, and ongoing optimization, with travel across Italy and Europe, while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality standards in all implementations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and laboratory workflows.
• Proficiency with IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies.
• Fluency in Italian and English, plus an EU language (Spanish, French, or German).
• Willingness to travel 50–70% across Italy/Europe.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers to ensure effective adoption.
• Analyze workflows to optimize lab efficiency through automation improvements.
• Act as a technical expert in automation solutions for customers and internal teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality standards in implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service and R&D to ensure project delivery.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements.
