Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Italy is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to support installation, configuration, and optimization of laboratory automation and IT solutions at customer sites.

You will provide on-site and remote technical support, deliver training, and collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D to ensure successful projects while maintaining regulatory compliance and high quality standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in laboratory automation or diagnostic systems.
• Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems and workflows.
• Fluency in Italian and English plus an EU language.
• Travel 50–70% across Italy/Europe.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers to ensure effective adoption.
• Analyze workflows and optimize laboratory efficiency through automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, PMO, Service, R&D) to ensure project delivery.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements.
