World Food Programme seeks an ITSM Demand Manager to align business needs with IT delivery, overseeing intake, evaluation, and prioritization of demands. You will manage ServiceNow ITSM demand, contribute to the product roadmap, and coordinate backlog items across TEC teams. Strong stakeholder engagement and Scrum principles are essential.

The role requires 4+ years in operations within large international organizations, plus ITIL v4 and ServiceNow knowledge. Remote work with Rome-based hours.

Competenze

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics or International Relations.
• 4+ years of experience in operations or similar environments collaborating with business users.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of EasyVista Service Manager is highly desirable.
• ITIL Fundamental V4 certification is highly desirable.
• ServiceNow CSA, Technical Project Manager or BP Analyst knowledge is mandatory.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language or Portuguese is desirable.

Mansioni

• Manage and coordinate demand intake related to ServiceNow ITSM, including new features and service requests.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow product roadmap, including UX and backend enhancements.
• Evaluate, consolidate, and prioritize functional requirements and business demands aligned to priorities and capacity.
• Ensure governance of product demand within ServiceNow ITSM and maintain demand visibility.
• Create and manage product backlogs in line with Scrum practices and ensure alignment between business needs and tech implementation.
