Forged Fiber 37 is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Product Owner to lead the vision, roadmap, and governance of our ITSM platform. You will partner with IT Operations, Security, and business stakeholders to drive process maturity, platform adoption, automation, CMDB governance, and operational resilience.

The role requires 5+ years in ITSM or product ownership, ITIL knowledge, and strong communication with senior leadership.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Product Ownership, IT Operations, or Service Delivery leadership.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service management best practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Mansioni

• Define and maintain the ServiceNow ITSM roadmap and governance.
• Drive platform enhancements that improve service quality, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Own ITSM processes including Incident, Major Incident, Change Enablement, and CMDB governance.
• Lead backlog prioritization, governance meetings, and stakeholder reviews to align with business objectives.
