World Food Programme (WFP) is seeking an ITSM Demand Manager to align business needs with IT delivery within the Technology Division. You will manage intake, evaluation, and prioritization of ServiceNow ITSM demands, contribute to the product roadmap, and maintain backlogs to reflect evolving priorities and capacity.

Competenze

• Experience as ServiceNow CSA, Technical Project Manager, or Business Process Analyst (CSA, PM, BPA).
• ITIL v4 certification and EasyVista experience are highly desirable.
• Business and IT strategy experience, with MS Office proficiency and basic IT knowledge (Windows, databases).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Required languages: English, Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), French, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese.
