Saipem offers a digital project management internship focused on ServiceNow, HR Service Delivery, and Workplace Service Delivery. You will work closely with the ServiceNow Demand Manager to support demand analysis, coordination, and delivery monitoring within the ServiceNow scope.

Based in Milan with smart working options, the role includes structured learning on ServiceNow modules, vendor coordination, and governance activities, plus mentoring and a gross monthly allowance of €900.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree completed or about to be completed in a relevant technical field.
• No work experience required; academic projects related to digital platforms or IT service management.
• Strong interest in ServiceNow, workflow automation, and enterprise governance.

Responsabilités

• Support ServiceNow Demand area activities including demand intake, task tracking and delivery coordination.
• Assist in coordinating external ServiceNow vendors, monitoring deliverables and timelines.
• Contribute to testing and documentation activities related to platform enhancements and governance.
