WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work remotely from Greece. You will handle inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and guiding customers through our platform with a focus on quality. No prior experience is required as full paid training is provided.

You will join an international team offering a competitive salary, 14 salaries per year, relocation support, and career development opportunities in a fully remote setup.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian - C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in Customer Support is a plus, but not required after training.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
