WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative for a fully remote position based in Greece. You will join an international team, work flexible rotational shifts, and communicate in Italian with English support as needed.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) for training and internal communication.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document interactions in CRM with accuracy and care.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced global team.
