Job summary

RDN CONS is seeking Italian-speaking candidates for a first international Customer Support role in Greece. No prior experience required; you will join an international team and learn on the job.

You will provide support by phone, email and chat, help with accounts and product inquiries, and use company tools to resolve issues. A fully paid relocation package and remote work from anywhere in Greece are provided.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• Good level of English (B2+)
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking customers with questions and requests
• Provide support through phone, email and chat
• Help customers with account, product or service inquiries
• Resolve basic issues and guide customers toward solutions
• Use internal systems to manage customer requests
• Maintain a friendly, professional, customer-focused approach
