Job summary

RDN CONS seeks an entry-level Customer Support: Italian speakers to start or grow their career while living in Greece. No prior experience required; emphasis on communication, motivation and learning ability. A fully paid relocation package and remote work from anywhere in Greece are provided.

You will join an international team, receive initial training, and gain professional experience with an international company. This is a full-time role in Greece with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2).
• Good English (B2 or higher).
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a new country.

Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking customers with questions via phone, email and chat.
• Provide support through multiple channels and manage requests.
• Guide customers to solutions for account, product or service issues.
• Use internal systems to handle inquiries and maintain a friendly approach.
• Collaborate with an international team and stay professional.
