RDN CONS is seeking Italian-speaking professionals to join its international Customer Support team in Greece. This is a first international opportunity with fully paid relocation and the option to work remotely from anywhere in Greece.

No prior experience is required; you will receive training and ongoing support while learning to assist customers via phone, email and chat, using internal tools, and collaborating with an international group.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• Good level of English (B2 or higher)
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
• No previous professional experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsabilités

• Assist Italian-speaking customers with questions and requests
• Provide support through phone, email and/or chat
• Help customers with account, product or service-related enquiries
• Resolve basic issues and guide customers toward the right solution
• Use internal systems and digital tools to manage customer requests
• Maintain a friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
• Work alongside an international team
