Ingersoll Rand plc in Vignate is seeking an Industrial Controller with manufacturing costing experience. The role combines accounting rigor with data‑driven operational insights, supporting costing, budgeting, and month‑end close to improve data integrity and reporting across production performance.

The successful candidate will work within the Industrial Controlling team, collaborating with ERP (SAP) systems, and contributing to cost accuracy, variance analysis, and process improvements in a

Competenze

• Advanced English and Italian language proficiency.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with accounting acumen.
• Experience with SOX processes and internal controls.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Italian accounting & tax regulations and US GAAP.

Mansioni

• Standard costing and material cost definitions; costing view creation for buy/make/subcontractor items.
• Monthly financial close, FP&A activities including forecasts and reporting.
• Reconciliation of BS and P&L, journal entries and variance analysis.
• Validate material and production variances and root-cause analysis.
• Close cooperation with regional RTR/AP center and other European sites.
