Gerresheimer AG is seeking a finance professional to drive cost analysis and forecasting for the plant. You will partner with the Plant Manager and management team to support operational decisions through rigorous reporting and KPI tracking.

Key responsibilities include budgeting, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and ROI evaluations for CapEx projects, with collaboration across Production, Maintenance, and Supply Chain. Strong Excel and SAP skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial controlling.
• Strong knowledge of industrial accounting and cost accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
