Isoclima Group in Italy is seeking an Industrial Controller with 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing to support the Controlling team and collaborate with Production, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial functions to deliver accurate economic-industrial analyses.
Responsibilities include budgeting, cost analysis, variance analysis, KPI monitoring, stock valuation, and supporting monthly/annual closures and digitization projects.
Competenze
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing/production Controlling.
- Knowledge of industrial accounting, cost analysis, BOM/MRP.
- Excellent Excel and good English; SAP and BI tools a plus.
Mansioni
- Support the industrial budget and forecasts focused on costs and margins.
- Analyze variances between standard and actual data and define corrective actions.
- Monitor industrial costs and update standard costs.
- Support profitability analysis by product, job/order, customer, and business area.
- Monitor stock, inventory valuations, and key production KPIs.
- Contribute to monthly/annual closures and digitization projects.
