Job summary

Saipem is seeking an HSE Coordinator to join the HSE E&C Onshore Projects department for the Venezia project. You will support the HSE Manager, ensure compliance with HSE policies, and help coordinate safety across all project phases in a challenging environment.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of HSE technician experience in Oil & Gas, with mandatory RSPP/ASPP, RCA/Tap Root, IOGP/NEBOSH IGC, and ISO 45001/14001 certifications. Home-office contract offered with minimum pay of €43,000.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or high school diploma.
• 5 years of experience as an HSE technician in Oil & Gas.
• Training as RSPP or ASPP (ATECO 4 or 5) mandatory; Tap Root or RCA training; IOGP or NEBOSH IGC; ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 Team Leader cert.

Responsibilities

• Support the HSE Manager in coordinating project activities and monitoring HSE Plans across all project phases.
• Ensure construction activities comply with Contractor’s HSE policies and HSE Management System.
• Coordinate and support contractors’ safety managers, review site activities and verify HSE standards compliance.
• Identify, report and follow up on HSE non-conformities; participate in investigations and analyses.
• Assist in preparing HSE documentation and participate in HSE meetings; support Site Advisors.
