ProntoPro / Homerun is hiring a product-minded professional in Milan. You will develop deep domain understanding, become the go-to expert on customer needs, and shape improvements that drive user and business outcomes.

You will analyze data, run experiments, and contribute to the roadmap while collaborating with engineering and design to deliver customer-focused solutions. With 0–2 years in related roles and a technical or quantitative background, you’ll own measurements, communicate across

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field.
• 0–2 years in product, analytics, engineering, consulting, growth or related analytical roles.
• Strong ownership and initiative when path forward is unclear.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Structured problem solving and analytical skills.
• Curiosity about customer behavior and drivers.
• Comfort with data and metrics; SQL is a plus and learning is expected.
• Familiar with AI tools to research, prototype or automate work.
• Technical curiosity about how products and systems work; coding not required.
• Fast learner, open to changing your mind with evidence.
