Job summary

TeamSystem, a leading tech company in Europe, is seeking a full-stack developer to join its R&D team in Milano or Pesaro. You will translate requirements into high-quality code, owning frontend and backend features end-to-end with a focus on scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include building RESTful APIs with Node.js/TypeScript, crafting React-based interfaces, and collaborating in an Agile setting to drive architectural decisions and code reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in the TypeScript ecosystem, with deep knowledge of Node.js and modern backend development practices.
• Experience with front-end development in React.js.
• Experience working with MongoDB.
• Proven ability to focus on code quality, correctness and maintainability.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence technical decisions.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack features for the company platform, owning the entire lifecycle from API design to UI implementation.
• Build and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, including RESTful APIs, data models, and integrations with internal and third-party systems.
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces with React.js and TypeScript, collaborating with designers for polished experiences.
• Work in an Agile environment, contributing to technical analysis, architectural decisions and code reviews across the full stack.
• Write clean, reusable, testable code on both frontend and backend.
