Job summary

TeamSystem S.p.A. is seeking a Junior Full-stack Engineer to translate complex financial requirements into elegant, maintainable code.

You will develop backend services and APIs, build frontend features, and help modernize legacy systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the SDLC. The role requires 2-3 years in enterprise environments, strong OOP knowledge, and experience with React/Vue/Angular, plus a focus on quality and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience developing applications in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of OOP languages and frameworks: Java Spring or .NET (C#).
• Experience building modern user interfaces with frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Strong database skills: relational database design, data modelling, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with structured development practices: version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, code review, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Exposure to Python frameworks, cloud technologies, containerization, Agile ways of working, and an interest in the payments, fintech, or credit sectors will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs, ensuring code quality, performance, and reliability.
• Build and enhance frontend features using modern web technologies, contributing primarily to new products and functionalities.
• Support the evolution of existing applications, helping modernize and migrate legacy systems toward more scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and production support.
