Jobgether in Italy is seeking a Frontend Developer (React) to join a product-focused team building modern web applications. You will design, develop, and improve high-performance user interfaces, collaborating with web developers and tech leadership while balancing feature work with support.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of professional experience, strong React knowledge, TS, and state management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience developing web applications.
• Minimum 2 years working with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in React and building interactive UIs.
• Solid understanding of OOP and functional programming principles.
• Experience with React hooks, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux/Flux).
• Strong knowledge of CSS methodologies and browser rendering.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Git and collaboration platforms (GitHub/GitLab).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and SOA concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the web development team and leadership to deliver features; ~70% development, ~30% support.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive, responsive web applications using React.
• Contribute to selecting tools, technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Design scalable frontend architectures aligned with product requirements.
• Build efficient UIs using React hooks, TypeScript, and modern JS.
• Manage application state with Redux, Flux, or equivalent.
• Develop and optimize CSS for maintainable styling and performance.
• Integrate frontend with backend services via REST APIs.
• Conduct code reviews and promote best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance; support CI/CD workflows.
