Siemens Energy is seeking a Global Training Team member to evaluate and consolidate training content for power transformer and switchgear topics. You will coordinate across multiple sites to ensure uniform training standards and prevent content duplication.

The role focuses on developing engaging training materials, including digital formats (theory and practical exercises) and coordinating with suppliers and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality content.

Competenze

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
• Long-term professional experience as a Technical Trainer or Training Content Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Energy Grid Technology products (Power Transformers and Switchgears).
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs and content.

Mansioni

• Assess training material needs of local sites and consolidate content for technical and non-technical trainings.
• Collaborate with training managers, trainers, and external suppliers to develop materials (presentations, videos, e-learnings, AR/VR).
• Oversee version control and continuous improvement of training materials.
• Adapt and enhance existing training offerings, including digital formats and exercises.
• Define and enhance curricula for workshop and office training programs.
• Coordinate supplier activities and interface with internal and external networks.
