Job summary

Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Business Specialist - Google Workspace to join our client’s global team in a full-time, remote capacity. You will manage Google Workspace accounts, provisioning, access control, and drive seamless collaboration across distributed groups.

You’ll develop and deliver end-user training, troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and collaborate with IT and security to enforce policies and ensure secure, productive workspace tools.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Workspace administration, including user provisioning and access management.
• Experience with Google Workspace migration projects and third-party integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Google Workspace applications and related systems.
• Ability to create and deliver technical training materials for end-users.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace security features and data protection protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Google Workspace accounts for internal teams.
• Provide Tier 2 support for Google Workspace issues and escalate when needed.
• Develop and deliver training sessions on Google Workspace functionality.
• Monitor system performance and optimize workflows.
